Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders from Australia.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays).
  • Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and verified.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including where shipping is unavailable to the destination.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Darwin is in a remote area and Express Shipping times may take longer than usual.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days
  • International Express (if available): 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or destination country regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is permitted for import into their country.

Once your order is processed, we will ship it to you using DHL or Australia Post Express International. All international orders require a phone number and signature for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.


4. Shipping to the United States & U.S. Territories

Shipping to the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Orders may require manual approval before dispatch.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund U.S. orders if shipping is not feasible.

If you are located in the U.S., please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT, GST, or local taxes

We are not responsible for customs delays or charges.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:

  • Return shipping fees and customs charges may be deducted from your refund.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to collect
  • Refusal of delivery

We may deduct return shipping costs from the refund or require payment for re-shipment.


7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging (if applicable).

Once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or unattended deliveries.
