1. Warranty Coverage
All jewellery is covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Structural faults caused by manufacturing defects
- Loose settings due to craftsmanship issues
- Faulty soldering or construction defects
If your item qualifies under warranty, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, fading)
- Accidental damage, impact, or misuse
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, or harsh environments
- Improper storage or care
- Alterations, resizing, or repairs by another jeweller
- Lost or stolen items
- Natural inclusions or variations in gemstones
3. Jewellery Care
To help maintain the condition of your jewellery, we recommend:
- Removing jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising
- Avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
- Storing pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box
- Cleaning gently with a soft cloth
4. Warranty Claims
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the item and issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps for repair or replacement if applicable.
5. Repair Timeframes
Approved warranty repairs are typically completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
